Yes! Parcels are sent from either a US or Australian warehouse depending on proximity.

Due to high customs costs and delivery issues, we no longer ship to select countries. Thank you for understanding.

We currently ship to: Australia, Canada, EU countries, India, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Switzerland, UK, and US.

Taxes and duties

• EU and UK: VAT is included at checkout. Nothing extra should be due on delivery.
• United States and Australia: No additional taxes or duties should be due on delivery. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
• Other countries: Local customs duties or taxes may apply on arrival.

If your order includes an in-stock book and a pre-order book, they may ship separately. For example, A Guide to Making Friends in the Fourth Dimension may ship first, while Alpha Creek will ship when it is ready.

If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the delivery address before it is posted.

If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it, but we will do our best to help.

If you ordered a pre-order item, please let us know about address changes before the book is ready to ship.

If your order has shipped but has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us via the Contact Page or reply to your order confirmation email.

If your parcel appears to be lost, we will help arrange a replacement.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us via the Contact Page or reply to your order confirmation email.

We will arrange a replacement copy where appropriate.

If your card payment is declined, please try another card or use the PayPal checkout option if available in your region.

If you order an eBook, you will be instantly emailed instructions on how to access it after checkout. This email will come from an app named Sky Pilot, so please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

There will be two files available for download:

• PDF - works on any device
• Fixed format ePUB - works best in Apple Books on iPhone, iPad, and Mac

The eBooks are DRM free, meaning there are no restrictions on which device you use.

The books are not available on Amazon or through large online retailers.

US customers may be able to find copies through selected independent bookshops, including Dandelion Bookshop in Oak Park and Bowser Books in San Francisco.

The books are also held by select libraries. If your local library does not have a copy, you may be able to request it through interlibrary loan.

No, there is no audiobook for A Guide to Making Friends in the Fourth Dimension. The book is highly illustrated, so it is best experienced visually.

Alpha Creek is a science-fiction novel with black-and-white illustrations. It is a story about robots, identity, secrets, and a strange town in the near future.

Alpha Creek is currently available for pre-order and is expected to ship in late August 2026.

If your order also includes an in-stock book, your order may be split into separate shipments.

Yes. Pre-orders of Alpha Creek will include a hand-signed bookmark while supplies last. The books themselves are not signed.

Alpha Creek is a young adult science-fiction novel, suitable for teens and adults.

There is no audiobook for Alpha Creek at launch. An audiobook may be considered in the future.
